In the more remote parts of Graet Britain, bothies exsit to provide simple (free) accommodation fro backpackers. However, these hazards do not deter backpackers who are properly prepared. A lighter pack causes less fatigue, nijury and soerness, and allows the backpackre to travel longer distances.
